HMD Global, the Finnish company behind the Nokia brand, has shown 100-percent commitment with a number of new releases and spot on software updates. Two new devices from the company – the Nokia 3310 4G and Nokia 6 (2018) were both recently certified for the Chinese market by TENAA.
Nokia 3310 4G
The Nokia 3310 4G (TA-1077) retains the same body design as the 3G version, however, it is now powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor paired with 256MB RAM and 512MB storage. The standard version packs a 360MHz single-core processor and 64MB storage space.
The 4G LTE version is also rumoured to be powered by YunOS (Android) as opposed to the Series OS 30+ and Feature OS on the 2G and 3G versions respectively. The rest of the specs such as: 2.4 inch QGVA color display, 2MP rear camera, LED flashlight, FM Radio, microSD card slot and Single/Dual SIM slots, remain the same.
Nokia 6 (2018)
Expected to also debut at the CES 2018, the Nokia 6 (2018) is expected to launch with a faster octa-core processor and the fingerprint sensor has been moved to the back to accommodate the screen’s minimal bezels. It packs a 5.5-inch 1080p FHD 2.5D curved glass display, 4GB of RAM, 64GB built-in storage, 16MP + 8MP rear and front cameras, Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS and 3,000mAh battery.
