Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx is Sprint’s Galaxy J7 (2017)
About a month after Samsung’s Galaxy J7 (2017) was released as the Galaxy J7 V on Verizon, the mid-tier device has made its way to Sprint’s online store as the Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx. It is on sale for $265 (outright) and available for $11 per month in 24 monthly installments without any prepayment.
Pre-installed with Android Nougat 7.0, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx has the regular specs to expect from its peers. The smartphone sports a 5.5-inch 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) TFT capacitive display and backed by a sufficient 3,300mAh battery (removable), which promises up to 40 hours of talk time.
It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 (MSM8953) processor clocked at 2.2GHz paired with 2GB of RAM, 16GB built-in storage space (expandable up to 256GB), and rear facing 8MP camera with LED flash. The front camera is a 5MP snapper for selfies and video chats.
Measuring 140.7 x 70.1 x 8.64 in dimensions and weighing in at 138 grams; the Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx lacks a fingerprint sensor and NFC but has support of Sprint’s LTE Plus network, and Bluetooth 4.2.
