It seems Tecno Mobile wants to go the way of Innjoo and Infinix which for weeks teased their upcoming flagship smartphones before they finally went official. It is pretty sure that the launch of the Innjoo One 3G and the Infinix Hot / Infinix Hot Note would have been noticed by Tecno and they have been working on their own answer to these devices. It could probably be an addition to the Phanton Series of smartphones; the last smartphone we saw from the series – the Tecno Phantom Z Mini earn a lot of plaudits from critics.

According to the teased image on the Tecno Mobile Nigeria official account, we are sure dealing with a flagship device because if it is not one why all the ceremony?. The display size could definitely extend to the phablet size, let’s say between 5.0-inch and 5.5-inch size.
Under the hood, we would sure have a MediaTek SoC which would be 64-bit enabled and would runs on eight cores (octa-core). We should have at least 2GB of RAM on-board and around 8- 16GB space of internal storage (plus microSD card slot for expansion).
The rear view of the device suggests a high-res camera with LED flash and as expected we should have a front facing one too. Moving to the OS, we should have either Android 4.4 Kitkat OS or Android 5.0 Lollipop OS on-board but judging from experience Kitkat is most likely. The battery capacity is also tipped to be be above 2000mAh but is unlikely to match the 4000mAh capacity on the Hot Note from Infinix.
Other addons are expected to be thrown in as usual; but all the listed above are just speculation. Studying the latest trend, Tecno might also hook up with either Jumia or Konga for its upcoming flagship smartphone for 2015. We should find out more about the device soon enough.
judging from my perspective -I forsee 2GB of RAM, 13MP main camera, 5.1-inch to 5.5-inch display and a battery of around 2500mAh. Tecno would want to better the hot and the One smartphone
waooh. something big is really coming from Tecno. am not expecting them to follow Jumia or Konga; they should opt for both for ease.
