10.Or (pronounced Tenor) has unveiled a new budget smartphone – the 10.Or D2 exclusively on Amazon India. This confirmed successor to last year’s 10.Or D is part of the ‘Crafted For Amazon’ program and is expected to go on sale 12 noon from August 28th.
Available in Beyond Black and Glow Gold colours, the 10.Or D2 sports a 5.45-inch (1440 x 720 pixels) HD+ 18:9 LTPS display, IPX2-rating waterproof), rear facing 13MP (f/2.0) camera with PDAF, front 5MP (f/2.0) selfie camera with Beautify feature, Dual SIM slots and OTG support.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor, supports 4G VoLTE/VoWi-Fi/ViLTE connectivity and boots stock Android 8.1 Oreo OS along with pre-loaded apps such as Amazon, Amazon Alexa, Amazon Kindle, Amazon Music and Prime Video.
The smartphone is backed by a 3,200mAh battery, which should last up to 19 hours of talk time, 20 days of standby time, 12 hours of video playback time or up to 10 hours of browsing on Wi-Fi.
The 10.Or D2 is available in two variants – 2GB RAM with 16GB storage and 3GB RAM with 32GB storage space. Both variants have a standalone microSD card slot for expanding storage up to 128GB and are priced at Rs. 6,999 (~ $100) and Rs. 7,999 (~ $ 114) respectively.
