The yet-to-be announced official Samsung Galaxy View Tablet has been detailed in leaks, rumours and even the company has dropped some teaser in anticipation of the launch. The 18.4-inch sized tablet is about to be launched in the US and has been spotted on some retail listing for a price of $599.
With such a giant display, the Samsung Galaxy View is targeted at use for entertainment purposes, media consumption, for usage in the kitchen (maybe for recipes) and offers some sort of touchable TV-like experience. The tablet is offered in White and Black colours to choose from.
Moving to the specs, it sports a 18.4-inch Full HD TFT display, powered by a 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7580 processor with 2GB of RAM, 32GB native storage, 4G LTE connectivity, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS and is backed by a battery which provides up to 8.5 hours of video playback time.
