360 Mobiles (Qihoo 360) has released a new smartphone under its 360 brand. The 360 F5 slot into the affordable low – mid-tier range with a polycarbonate body build, 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display with 2.5D Argon glass on top and a 2000mAh battery which should get through hours of usage.
On the inside, the device boots 360 OS 2.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832 processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with Mali-400 MP2 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in storage space. The latter is expandable up to 32GB via microSD.
For photography, the 360 F5 has a rear facing 5MP camera (interpolated up to 8MP) with f/2.4 aperture and a front facing 2MP camera for selfies and video chats. Whilst the fingerprint sensor is touch and pressure sensitive, it is placed on the front home button and has 360-degree recognition.
The device has Dual SIM and 4G LTE network support as well as Voice over LTE (VoLTE), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/AGPS and micro USB 2.0. It measures 144.1 x 71.7 x 8.3 mm and weighs 135 grams.
