ZTE announced a new smartphone in the Nubia Brand of devices – the ZTE Nubia My Prague which was announced at an event held in Prague, the capital city of Czech Republic. The smartphone is expected to start selling in the country in a few weeks time.
The ZTE Nubia My Prague is a camera centric device with much tools for creating images and videos. The device which is obviously named after Prague which stands out for its art and culture; measures around 5.5mm which is the thinnest smartphone from the company.
Moving to the specs, it sports a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display with a 1920 x 1080 pixels (FHD) resolution, powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with the company’s MiFavor UI ontop and is backed by a 2200mAh battery which has fast charging features.
The ZTE Nubia My Prague would be available in two models, a Standard version with 2GB RAM and 16GB space of internal storage and the other is an Elite model with 3GB of RAM and 32GB space of internal storage. The device comes with Dual SIM (with Dual Standby) slots with the other SIM slot also serving as a microSD card for storage expansion (up to 128GB).
Much emphasis was placed on the rear facing 13MP ISOCELL Sensor which has a 0.2 seconds SLR level focusing speed and excels very well in low light conditions. The front camera is a 8MP snapper which is more than capable for selfies.
Connectivity and Sensor options on the My Nubia Prague includes – 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS, Light Sensor, Proximity, G-sensor, Compasss, Gyro, Dual Band Wi-Fi and OTG.
The Standard Edition of the ZTE Nubia My Prague with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM costs €349 (CZK 9500) and the Elite version with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM costs €429 (CZK 11,500). Both smartphones would be available in White and Gold colour options.
