The list of amazing and impressive devices unveiled at the Computex 2014 keeps getting longer and longer, and another amazing smartphone with a whopping 6.45-inch display and runs Windows Phone 8.1 – the Wistron Tiger has been showcased at the event.
Getting into the details, the Wistron Tiger features a 6.45-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) and is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 MSM8974 processor with Adreno 330 GPU. It has dual front facing speakers but the smartphone lacks physical navigation buttons and dedicated camera button.
The device is currently a reference of some sort, so basically there is no information on its availability in any market (that is if ever will make it to any). Unless the Wistron Tiger is picked up by an interested phone maker (OEM) to develop it to full capability for its commercially availability.
Despite the unavailability at the moment, the screen size currently ranks the Wistron Tiger (6.45-inch) as the second smartphone with the largest display, followed closely by the ZTE Nubia X6 (6.44-inch) and the Sony Xperia Z Ultra (6.4-inch).
