According to benchmark results on Ukranian website ITC.ua, Asus is reportedly preparing addition to its line of MeMO Tablets with the low cost MeMO Pad ME176C.
The Asus MeMO Pad ME176C features 7-inch 1280 x 800 resolution IPS Display, powered by 1.33GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3745 processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB/16GB of Inbuilt storage (expandable up to 64GB with micro SDXC) and would run on Android 4.4 kitkat with the Asus ZenUI user interface on top of it.
The device would also have a 5MP rear camera with no flash, 2MP front facing camera, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, GPS support, and 3910mAh battery capacity which can last up to 10hours of usage. The device would also come in Black and White colour variants.
The only information unavailable about the device is the exact launch date and its availability in different markets. The Asus MeMO Pad ME176C is expected to sell for as less as $149 (around N25,000 in Naira) when it is finally available and would possibly launch at the Computex Taipex 2014 event.
