UK based Supermarket Chain, Tesco has announced its second generation tablets with improved specs, performance and a slightly lower price at £129.
The Hudl 2 features a larger 8.3-inch screen compared to its predecessor with an impressive 1920 x 1200 HD display resulting in a pixel density of 273ppi. The device is powered by a 1.83GHz Intel Atom quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB expandable storage (up to 48GB), 5MP rear camera and a front facing 1.2MP camera.

Other features includes – Dolby Optimised rear speakers, Dual Band Wi-Fi, Android 4.4 Kitkat OS. Tesco boast the Hudl 2 lasts as long as 8 hours of usage on a single charge. Tesco is also giving users access to its Blinkbox media software which includes Tv Shows, Books, Music and Movies.
The Tesco Hudl 2 is available in 8 colour options – (Jazzy Blue, Zesty Orange, Slate Black, Rocket Red, Tropical Turquoise, Dreamy White, Perky Purple and Bubblegum Pink) and a £129 Price tag come October 8th online and October 9th in Tesco stores.
