ZTE Blade V6 goes official with 13MP camera, Android 5.0.2 and 4G LTE

ZTE has added a new device to the blade series of smartphones from the company – the ZTE Blade V6.

According to ZTE, the Blade V6 is the  ZTE Blade D6 launching under another different name and is already selling in Mexico and Spain. Other countries getting the V6 includes – Germany, Russia, Japan and Australia.

Asides swapping out the name on the Blade D6, the ZTE Blade V6 keeps the same specs. It has a U-like metal unibody design, measures 6.9mm thin, weighs 120 grams and runs Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OS with MiFavor 3.2 UI ontop. It sports a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (HD).

Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor with ARM Mali-T720 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage space. The Blade V6 has Dual Hybrid SIM slots which one of the slots double as a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB.

The ZTE Blade V6 rocks a 13MP AutoFocus rear camera with True Tone LED flash and a front facing 5MP camera with 88-degree viewing angle lens for selfies. Connectivity options on the device includes – Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth and 4G LTE. It is backed by a 2200mAh battery.
