#TheHottestOne: Infinix teases improved Hot Note with 2GB RAM and 4000mAh battery

Remember all the hype surrounding the  #JIMsBigThing tag then, the Infinix Hot Note turned out to be the device with the slogan. Infinix is again teasing the Infinix Hot Note, but this time with 2GB of RAM and a new #TheHottestOne approach.

The new Infinix Hot Note (or the #TheHottestOne) could probably up being called Infinix Hot Note One or something related to the Hot Note moniker. The device is expected to be available exclusively on Jumia and MTN would be giving out freebies to those who end up buying.

The Infinix Hot Note with 2GB RAM or the Infinix Hot Note (2GB RAM) is backed by the same 4000mAh battery on its predecessor which guarantees up to two days of mixed usage or more. The battery comes with fast charging ability which sees the battery go from 0 to 75 in an hour.

Still on the battery, it provides around 600 hours of standby time and 8 hours of video playback. Most of the remaining specs remain the same – 5.5-inch 720p display, octa-core SoC, 16GB internal storage space, 8MP/2MP camera combination, a microSD card slot, Dual SIM and 3G connectivity.

The only difference between the original Infinix Hot Note and the newly teased Infinix Hot Note with 2GB RAM is obviously the little but significant upgrade in RAM.

The company did not reveal whether the device would support 4G LTE connectivity (not a necessity) or maybe the device would be boot the yet current Android 5.x.x Lollipop OS out-of-the-box.
