The Highscreen Boost 3 comes with two batteries totalling 9000mAh – a 3000mAh and a 6000mAh one (both with fast charging). To reduce the thickness, the batteries are swap-able but the device could use the 3000mAh one as the daily driver while the 6000mAh can be reserved for additional uses and vice versa. That’s a massive lot for a smartphone, I must say.

The device is powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT6753 64-bit processor clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali T720 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage which is expandable via a microSD card slot up to 32GB. It sports a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS OGS display covered with curved 2.5D glass.

Connectivity options on the device includes – GPS/GLONASS, WI-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and 4G LTE (Bands 3/7/8/20).

In terms of dimensions, the Boost 3 measures 141 x 71. 4 x 9mm (3000mAh) – 13.9mm (6000mah) depending on the battery in use. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, supports Dual SIM with Dual standby and for high quality audio experience, it is equipped with Hi Sound audio system which is joined by a ESS9018K2M audio chip, ADA4897-2 amplifier and on-board Muz_On media player.
