Pantel debuts the Penta T-Pad WS802Q 3G Voice calling tablet with 8-inch display and 4000mAh battery

India based ICT company, Pantel Technologies has announced the Penta T-Pad WS802Q 3G, its latest Dual SIM voice calling tablet in the country. It is priced at Rs 6999 ($108), comes with a free flip cover and keyboard bundled along, and can be bought in India from HomeShop18 and grabthefuture.in.

The Penta T-Pad WS802Q 3G has Dual SIM slots enabling cellular connectivity (3G) and making voice calls. It sports a 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) WXGA IPS display with 16:9 aspect ratio, powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage space. 

The main camera is a rear facing 8 Megapixels camera with LED flash, a front facing 5 Megapixels camera for selfies as well as video chats and for additional storage space, there is a microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB cards. Along with 3G connectivity, the device also has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB v2.0, USB OTG and GPS options.

The Penta T-Pad WS802Q 3G weighs 320 grams, has a plastic body build, metal frame around the edges and dotted patterns on the back. It runs the now dated Android 4.4 Kitkat OS and is backed by a somewhat capable 4000mAh battery which lasts under a day of usage.
