Lenovo Yoga 900 convertible goes official with 13.3-inch screen, USB Type-C 3.0 port and Windows 10

Lenovo has announced a new convertible notebook in the company’s yoga series – the Lenovo Yoga 900. It is available for a price tag starting $1,199 in Champagne Gold, Clementine Orange and Platinum Silver colour options.

Running Windows 10 Home, the Lenovo Yoga 900 has a 13.3-inch (3200 x 1800 pixels) QHD+ IPS LCD display with about 180-degrees wide viewing angle and 300-nits brightness. It is described as the world’s thinnest convertible to feature an Intel Core i processor. 

It uses the 6th generation Intel Core processors (up to the Core i7 model) paired with up to 16GB of LP-DDR3L RAM and up to 512GB Samsung Solid State Drive (SSD). The Yoga 900 can be used in four different modes – Laptop, Tablet, Tent and Stand.

The convertible has a 1 MP 720p CMOS camera, 4-in-1 card reader, audio combo jack, 2 x USB 3.0 Type A, 1 x USB 3.0 Type C with video-out, 1 DC-in with USB 2.0 functionality, Bluetooth 4.0, 2×2 Wi-Fi 802.11ac and JBL stereo speakers with Dolby 

The Lenovo Yoga 900 324 x 225 x 14.9 mm in dimensions, weighs starting around 1.29 kilograms and is powered by a 66WHr battery that is tipped to provide up to 10 hours of battery life in real life usage. It comes pre-loaded with the following – Lenovo OneKey Recovery, Companion 3.0, Photo Master, SHAREit, REACHit; and also McAfee LiveSafe.
