China Telecom has started selling the Green Orange GO JL628 smartphone in China; the 5.5-inch sized device has the same metal body build as the Green Orange GO JL612. It will arrive in Gold, Gray, Rose Gold and White colour options for a price tag starting at CNY 1699 (USD 266).
Dressed in an all-metal body, the Green Orange GO JL628 sports a 5.5-inch LCD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) resolution and pixel density of 401ppi. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT6753 64-bit processor clocked at 1.5GHz with Mali-T720 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in storage space.
For photography, there is a front facing 5-megapixels camera for selfies as well as video chats and a rear facing 13-megapixels camera with LED flash; the fingerprint sensor sits below the main camera for locking the device and apps.
Connectivity options onboard includes – 4G LTE (LTE Cat.4), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, micro USB v2.0 and Bluetooth 4.0. The Green Orange GO JL628 rocks Duals micro SIM slots, a microSD card slot for adding extra storage, runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and is backed by a 3200mAh battery which will last up to a day or more of mixed usage.
