There is a bit of scepticism about the display details InFocus M640 specs listing on GFXBench; it is likely the device would have dual-displays or the second display could be an error in entry. However, it sports a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display and the other is a smaller 3.6-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display.

Under the hood sits a 64-bit quad-core Mediatek MT6735 processor clocked at 1.3GHz with ARM-Mali T720 GPU, 3GB of RAM and on the software side, Android 5.1 Lollipop OS is onboard. Internal storage is expected to be 16GB but the actual space available to the user is 11GB.

For photography, the InFocus M640 has a front facing 8-megapixels camera for selfies and a rear facing 13-Megapixels AutoFocus camera with LED flash; the front camera is capable of recording 1080p videos.

Other details include – GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Proximity, Light Sensor, Gyroscope, Compass and Accelerometer. The device is expected to go official sooner rather than later, we should have more information by then.
