Huawei Honor 7 Enhanced Edition with 32GB Storage and Android 6.0 announced

Huawei has launched an enhanced version of the Honor 7 smartphone. The Huawei Honor 7 Enhanced Edition boots Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box with the company’s Emotion UI 4.0 (EMUI 4.0) ontop. Preview for the EMUI 4.0 will also be available for other Honor 7 devices.

Another improvement of the Huawei Honor 7 Enhanced Edition over the original Honor 7 is the internal storage space which has doubled from 16GB to 32GB. The device features a smart key which is programmable to suits several functions and also offers a  voice-activated virtual assistant compared to Apple’s Siri which is a result of the combination of efforts by Huawei and Baidu.

The rest of the specs are pretty much the same as Huawei Honor 7 – a 5.2-inch 1080p Full HD display with a pixel density of 424ppi, powered by a Hi-Silicon Kirin 935 processor clocked at 2.2GHz with ARM Mali-T628 GPU, 3GB of RAM, a micro SD card slot for storage expansion, a fingerprint scanner, 20MP Sony IMX230 camera with dual-tone LED flash and 8MP front-facing camera with LED flash. 

The Huawei Honor 7 Enhanced Edition relies on a 3100mAh battery with fast charging capability and also 9V-2A charger in the box. It is available for a price tag of CNY 1999 ($309 USD) in Gold colour option and has brought about a reduction in price for the original Honor 7 to CNY 1799 ($278 USD).
