The official Samsung Z2 Promo video has surfaced online, revealing some of the key specs and features . The upcoming Tizen OS powered device is expected to be available in a handful of markets including India, South Africa, Nigeria in Africa as well as Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka in Asia.
The video reveals the Samsung Z2 has a glossy looking body with a stylish design and is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. It supports 4G LTE connectivity, has the Ultra Data Saving Mode (UDSM) for conserving data and Flash light which can be adusted to brightness of choice.
The Z2 also has an Easy Lock screen and a rear facing 5MP main camera with Auto Selfie and Beauty Modes. The device also comes pre-loaded with Whatsapp, Facebook and another app called My Money Transfer, which is exclusive to Indians and allows users transfer money to others in simple steps.
The video doesn’t list all of the specifications but reports suggest the device sports a 4-inch or 4.5-inch display, 800 x 480 pixels (WVGA) screen resolution, VGA front camera, 8GB built-in storage space and will run Tizen OS 2.4 out-of-the-box. The battery capacity is expected to be between 1500mAh – 2000mAh battery.

Most people cannot afford Galaxy devices, so this should come as a relief. pricing should be around $50.
