XOLO Q700S Plus Announced with 4.5-inch display and quad-core CPU

Xolo has announced a new Android 4.4 Kitkat smartphone and  successor to the Xolo Q700s, dubbed the Xolo Q700s Plus. The major differences between the Xolo Q700s and Q700s Plus is that the latter runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS and an improved 8GB built-in memory

The Xolo Q700s Plus features a 4.5-inch (480 x 854 pixels) FWVGA IPS display, powered by a powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor with Mali-400 MP2 graphics and 1GB of RAM. There is a 8GB of internal memory and a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB.

On the rear, there is a 8-megapixels rear camera with LED flash and a front facing VGA camera (0.3-megapixels) for video calls. Connectivity options on the device includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro USB v2.0, GPS and 3G Connectivity.

As mentioned above, the Xolo Q700s Plus has Dual SIM slots, runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS out-of-the-box and is powered by a 1800mAh battery which has the ability to provide up to 429 hours of standby time or 8hours of talktime on 3G networks. 

The device is availabe at a pricetag of Rs 8,499 (equivalent to $140 / N23,000 in Naira).
