iBall Slide WQ32 Windows 8 Tablet and iBall Andi 4.5M Enigma Announced

IBall has launched its first Windows 8.1 3G business tablet – the 8-inch iBall Slide WQ32 and an Android 4.4 kitkat based Smartphone in its Andi series, the Andi 4.5M enigma smartphone dubbed to be the ‘Perfect Selfie Phone’.

The iBall Andi 4.5M Enigma features a 4.5-inch qHD (540 x 960 Pixels) IPS display, powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 processor, with 2GB of RAM, 8GB inbuilt storage (up to 32GB via microSD). It has a 13MP rear autofocus camera with BSI sensor and LED flash. The main highlight of the device is its front 8MP camera with 88 degree wide angle view.

Connectivity options on the device includes – USB OTG, FM Radio, GPS/A-GPS, EDGE/GPRS, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, NFC, 3G and Micro-USB. It has support for 22 international languages.

The iBall Andi 4.5M supports Dual SIM functionality, measures 133.77 x 66.31 x 8.77mm, weighs 135grams, and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat. The device packs a 1500mAh battery and runs Android 4.4 Kitkat OS out-of-the-box.

The iBall Andi 4.5M would be available in coming days at Rs. 8,499 ($141 / N23,000 in Naira) price tag in Gold and Purple colour options.

The Intel powered Windows 8.1 Slide WQ32 slate was launched in collaboration with Intel and Microsoft.

The iBall Slide WQ32 Windows 8 Tablet features a a 8-inch (1280×800 pixels) IPS screen, powered by an quad-core Intel Atom Z3735D processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD card slot,a 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 2MP front-facing camera, a free Microsoft Office license for one year, 1TB OneDrive cloud storage and Windows Defender Anti-virus & Firewall.
