Zopo Mobile, one of the lesser-known smartphone brands from China, has announced the Zopo Color C5. The new colour series budget-level smartphone brings a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display with 2.5D Curved Glass, boot Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and backed by a 2,100mAh battery.
On the inside, it is powered by a quad-core Mediatek MT6737 processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 650MHz ARM Mali-T720 MP1 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 8GB/16GB built-in storage space. It also has Dual SIM slots (Micro + Nano) and a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 64GB.
For photography, there is a rear facing 5MP camera with a 4-element lens with an f/2.2 aperture alongside a front placed 2MP camera with a 2-element lens with an f/2.8 aperture. Both cameras are equipped with LED flash. Connectivity options on the Zopo Color C5 includes – 4G LTE (Bands 1, 3, 7, 20), Wi – Fi 802. 11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and USB OTG.
The Zopo Colour C5 has a plastic body build, measures 144 x 72.2 x 8.8 mm, weighs 155g and can be used as a Barcode and QR code scanner. It also supports multiple accounts with the installed parallel space app and Picture in Picture video (PiP Video). The rear cover (with brushed metal outlook) arrives in four colours – Champagne, Matte Black, Rose Gold and White.
