The Gionee M6S Plus has a 6-inch AMOLED 2.5D curved glass display with 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) screen resolution, Dual SIM slots, home button embedded fingerprint sensor  and unsurprisingly still runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with the company’s Amigo OS 3.5 UI.

On the inside, rather than continue with a Mediatek processor the company opts for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 chipset with a 1.95GHz octa-core CPU and an Adreno 510 GPU, paired with 6GB of RAM and 256GB built-in storage. While there is also a cheaper 64GB storage option, both are expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.
