Shortly after the launch of the Galaxy S8 Active in the US; Samsung also released its latest headphones – the Samsung U Flex. The new premium accessory combines a flexible, around-the-neck design, splash resistant coating and convenient smart features to deliver quality user experience.
Available in Black, Blue and Ivory colours, the Samsung U Flex headphones is bendable (up to 100 degrees) and designed to fit comfortably as well as withstand harsh conditions. It is equipped with two-way speaker units (11mm woofers and 8mm tweeters) to deliver a peerless, premium audio experience.
The U Flex headphones incorporate Samsung’s proprietary Scalable Codec technology to optimize audio performance, thus ensuring a stable Bluetooth connection and seamless music playback. It also sports an Active Key to add convenience to everyday tasks. With the touch of a button, users can assess functions such as Favourites, Samsung Health and Samsung voice assistants such as Bixby (Galaxy S8, S8+ and S8 Active) or S. Voice.
Most of the U Flex’s function and settings can be accessed or tweaked via the Samsung Level App on their paired Android device. It is expected to last up to 10 hours of play time on a single charge and the vibration notification feature ensures the user never miss a call, even in noisy surroundings.
The Samsung U Flex is priced at EUR 79.90 Euros (US$ 95 / GBP 73) and already available on sale in some European countries.
