Vivo Y69 Debuts With 16MP Front Camera, 3,000mAh Battery

Vivo has launched a new camera-centric smartphone – the Vivo Y69 in India. The latest entrant to the Y series family has a front 16MP selfie camera with Samsung S5K3P3ST sensor, f/2.0 aperture and Vivo’s Moonlight Glow flash which provides a soft glow even in low light conditions.

Akin to the Vivo Y66, the Y69 has a 13MP primary camera with Samsung sensor, f/2.2 aperture and ‎LED flash. It sports a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display with 2.5D curved glass and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 3GB of RAM and 32GB built-in storage space (expandable up to 256GB via microSD)

Powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT6750 processor, the phone supports 4G VoLTE connectivity and boots Android 7.0 Nougat OS with FunTouch OS 3.2. It measures 154.6 x 75.7 x 7.7 mm, weighs 162.8 grams and depends on a long lasting 3,000mAh battery (non-removable).

The Vivo Y69 also has its fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button. It is priced at Rs. 14,990 ($235) and will be available in Champagne Gold and Matte Black colour options starting September 1 in retail stores across India on Flipkart and Amazon online.
