Like all Android One phones, the Moto X4 Android One promises to deliver pure Android experience and comes pre-loaded with the familiar Google apps including Google Assistant and Google Duo. The device is scheduled to receive timely security and Android updates such as Android Oreo (before the year runs out) and one of the first set of devices to receive Android P.

The Android One version of the Moto X4 has the same specs as the original device. For photography, it features 12MP + 8MP dual rear cameras, front facing 16MP camera with adaptive low light mode and free high quality storage from Google Photos.

As mentioned earlier, the Moto X4 Android One is exclusively on sale in the U.S. on Project Fi’s network. It is available on pre-order for US$ 399 and arrives in Sterling Blue and Super Black colours. Old Nexus phone users can trade their devices with the new trade-in program for up to US$ 165 and earn an extra US$ 50 Fi credit if the trade-in is started by October 5.
