iBall has released its latest 2-in-1 tablet under the Slide series in India. The iBall Slide PenBook runs Windows 10 OS (Home) and comes bundled with a stylus pen optimised to tap into the features of Windows Ink, thus allowing the user access sticky notes, sketchpad and screen sketch feature.
Backed by a 6,000mAh Li-po battery, the iBall Slide PenBook has a 10.1-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) WXGA multi-touch IPS display, 5MP rear camera and 2MP camera. It relies on a quad-core Intel x5-Z8350 processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB eMMC storage (expandable up to 128GB via microSD).
Connectivity and port options on the Slide PenBook include 1x Type-C port, Bluetooth 4.0, Dual Band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Micro HDMI and 3.5mm audio jack. As expected of any 2-in-1 tablets, it arrives with a detachable keyboard with trackpad. The keyboard also adds two USB ports and fingerprint scanner with Windows Hello enabled for sign-ins.
The iBall Slide PenBook will go on sale across retail stores in India soon for a price tag staring at Rs. 24,999 (US$ 385).
