As expected, OPPO Mobiles has unveiled its new R series smartphones: the OPPO R11s and OPPO R11s Plus at an event in China. The duo joins other devices such as the ASUS Pegasus 4s, Nubia Z17 S, Nubia Z17 mini S, Honor 7X and Gionee M7 with high screen-to-body ratio and dual rear cameras.
The OPPO R11s has a 6.01-inch 18:9 AMOLED display and 3,205mAh battery while the R11s Plus has a bigger 6.43-inch 18:9 AMOLED display and 4,000mAh battery. Both devices have 2160 x 1080 pixels (Full HD+) resolution, VOOC Flash charging and Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor under the hood.
The duo come equipped with the same 16MP + 20MP dual rear cameras and front facing 20MP camera with A.I. Beauty Recognition technology for capturing the best selfie. The front camera also scans facial recognition to unlock the phone.

Pricing and Availability
- The OPPO R11s will go on sale from November 10 and comes in Black, Champagne Gold and Red colors. It is priced at CNY 2,999 (~ US$ 454) and CNY 3199 (~ US$ 484) for the special edition Red edition.
- The OPPO R11s Plus will go on sale later in November and comes in Black and Champagne Gold colors. It is priced at CNY 3,699 (US$ 560).
