InFocus has entered the Indian mobile market with a new mid-range smartphone with 18:9 fullscreen display and dual rear cameras. Dubbed the InFocus Vision 3, the device sports a 5.7-inch (1440 x 720 pixels) HD+ On-Cell display with 2.5D curved tempered and 82.4% screen-to-body ratio.
The InFocus Vision 3 sports a primary rear facing 13MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash paired with a secondary 5MP camera with f/2.2 aperture and 120-degrees wide angle lens. It features a front facing 8MP camera with f/2.2 aperture and A.I face recognition which will arrive via a software update. There is a Dualfie feature similar to Nokia’s Bothie, which lets the user capture front and rear images at the same time.
On the inside, the device is powered by quad-core Mediatek MT6735H processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in expandable storage. It features a rear fingerprint sensor, hybrid dual SIM slot, 4G VoLTE connectivity and boots SmileUX based on Android 7.0 Nougat OS.
The InFocus Vision 3 is backed by an ample 4,000mAh battery which an charge other mobile devices via USB OTG and is expected to up to last up to 22 days of standby time or 20 hours of talk time. It is priced starting at Rs. 6999 (US$ 109) and will be available exclusively on Amazon India (Amazon.in) starting today (December 20).
