    1. I understand you Ibrahim; if you are one of those who area after specs this is a no-no for you but if you want a tablet to play with and do some basic functions its not that bad as you think it is.

  1. Bought this spark tab abt two months ago on Konga n screen is cracked.took it to computer village in Lagos but couldn’t get a screen dat fits.do u HV a service centre in big?if no,then how can I get d screen fixed

    1. I will suggest you contact Konga for support. The tablets are only available from the company and so far there are no spark service centres around.

    2. Same here too. Sis…. the screen is cracked and I can’t even get a way to return it back to konga cos it’s over 7 days… imagine the tab didn’t fall nor did something scratch it… woke up 1 day nd find d screen bad

      1. I have sent an email across to Konga and I am expecting their reply. Those having screen issues should calm down and see what news we will get from them hopefully.

  2. you guys are giving us a baseless decision, how could a company made a phone and wont make any provision for maintenance or damages that may occur to the gadget. it completely bad decision to partner with your company. I got the phone for my Princes and the screen got bad. imaging, i took it to places no solution and you don’t have any service center in Nigeria.
