China-based smartphone maker, LEAGOO recently announced the latest entrant to its battery-centric Power series. The LEAGOO Power 5, as it is known, is backed by a large-capacity 7,000mAh battery, which is 6,000mAh smaller than the 13,000mAh on the Ulefone Power 5, but also supports both fast wired (5V/5A) and wireless charging (7.5W).
The battery takes only 2.5 hours to charge fully on a 5V/5A charges and lasts up to four days on a single charge (up to 49 hours of music palyback time; up to 31 hours of talk time; up to 25 hours of video playback time and up to 28 hours of web browsing.
The LEAGOO Power 5 sports a 5.99-inch (2160 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 18:9 FullScreen display, 13MP + 5MP dual rear cameras and front facing 13MP camera with support for face unlock (0.1s unlock time). Internally, it boots Android Oreo OS and packs the Mediatek Helio P23 (MT6763) octa-core processor paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage space (expandable up to 128GB via microSD).
The smartphone is on sale for a price tag of US$ 229.99 and arrives in Black, Blue and Gold colour options. The Wireless charger is also available on sale separately; however, the pricing has not been revealed yet.
