It is priced starting at R$ 2,299 and will be available globally this month (June) starting with Brazil. In the summer, it will go on sale in the US for $499 (battery moto mod inclusive) and also in Canada during this period.

The Motorola Moto Z3 Play sports an aircraft-grade 6000 series aluminum frame, 6-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection (front and rear), side fingerprint sensor, gesture-based One Button Nav bar and a 3000mAh battery with Turbo charging support. When the Moto Power Pack mod is attached, it offers up to 40 hours of combined battery life.

For photography, there are dual 12MP (f/1.7) + 5MP (f/2.2) AI-powered cameras with built-in features such as Google Lens and Cinemagraphs, and a 8MP (f/2.0) selfie camera with Portrait mode. The device is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and either 32GB or 64GB built-in storage.

It is also splashproof and uses the USB Type-C port for both fast charging and audio. As with other Moto Z series devices, the Moto Z3 Play connects seamlessly with the magnetic Moto Mods such as the Moto insta-Share projector, Hasselblad True Zoom, JBL SoundBoost and more.
