Xiaomi has refreshed its growing Mi Pad tablet line-up with the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus. This new slate is the bigger model of the Mi Pad 4 and also happens to be the first ever 10.1-inch tablet from Xiaomi. It will go on sale in China starting August 16th on Mi.com.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus has a 10.1-inch WUXGA display with 16:10 aspect ratio, metal body build, both AI Face Unlock and fingerprint sensor (front), rear 13MP f/2.0 camera with f/2.0 OV13855 sensor and front facing 8MP f/2.0 camera with Samsung S5K5E8 sensor.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB built-in storage (expandable up to 128GB via microSD). It boots Android 8.1 Oreo OS with MIUI on-top and supports both Wi-Fi + LTE connectivity.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus is backed by a lasting 8,620mAh battery and charges via the USB Type-C port. It is priced at CNY 1,899 (~ USD 278) for the 64GB model and CNY 2,099 (~ USD 304) for the 128GB model. Black and Golden are the available colour options.
