Huawei has announced the launch of the Huawei P Smart 2019 in the UK and quietly listed them for sale in some European markets. The mid-tier smartphone has three AI-enhanced cameras, Huawei’s Dewdrop display and comes pre-loaded with EMUI 9.0.
Housed in a 3D curved unibody design with glossy finish, the Huawei P Smart 2019 has a 6.21-inch 19.5:9 FHD+ Dewdrop display with 85% NTSC colour Gamut and new TÜV Rheinland-certified Eye Comfort Mode to protect the user from eye fatigue due to high-energy blue lights.
Internally, the smartphone is powered by Huawei’s new Kirin 710 octa-core processor is paired with GPU Turbo 2.0, 3GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage. It has a rear fingerprint sensor, Face unlock feature, Hybrid Dual SIM slot and microSD card slot (supports up to 512GB cards).
For photography, the Huawei P Smart 2019 is equipped with 13MP (f/1.8) + 2MP dual rear cameras with AI scene recognition and 8MP wide-aperture (f/2.0) selfie camera with new AI and AR capabilities. Power is supplied by a 3,400mAh battery with smart battery management system.
The Huawei P Smart 2019 will go on sale starting January 10 in the UK from retailers such as CarPhone Warehouse, Vodafone, Amazon, Argos, Clove, Fonehouse, JLP, SDG, Sky Mobile, Tesco Mobile and Virgin Mobile. It arrives in Aurora Blue, Midnight Black and Turquoise Blue.
