Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2019) with Infinity-O display, 6GB RAM, Triple rear cameras Launched

Samsung has announced the launch of the Galaxy A9 Pro (2019) (SM-G887N) in its home country. It seems to be the localised variant of the Samsung Galaxy A8s (SM-G8870) with Infinity-O (punch hole) display and triple rear cameras that was released in China earlier this year.

The Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2019) sports a 6.4-inch Full HD+ 2.5D curved glass LCD display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, rear fingerprint sensor and 3,400mAh battery with support for adaptive fast charging. The punch hole houses the 24MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.

The triple rear camera setup is made up of a 24MP (f/1.7) RGB sensor with LED flash, 10MP (f/2.4) telephoto lens for 2x optical zoom and a 5MP (f/2.2) sensor for better depth of field for Portrait shots. The company replaces the 3.5mm audio jack with the USB-C Audio.

Internally, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 10nm mobile platform paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB built-in storage (expandable up to 512GB via microSD). The Galaxy A9 Pro (2019) is available in Blue, Gray and Green colours for a KRW 599,500 (USD 536) price tag.‎
