Huawei has unveiled plans to launch its next-gen Huawei P30 series smartphones – the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro at the Paris Convention Center on March 26. As expected, both smartphones will pack the Kirin 980 SoC and heavily feature various Artificial Intelligence (AI) and camera features.
The launch announcement came along with a promotional video which hints at the powerful zoom capability of the cameras and a #RewriteTheRules hashtag.

Various sources report that the Huawei P30 will have a 6.1-inch OLED display and 22.5W fast charging while the Huawei P30 Pro will have a slightly larger 6.5-inch OLED display and a much faster 40W super fast charging just like the Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
Also, the Pro version is expected to have a total of four rear cameras including one with a max resolution up to 48MP, another with 5x optical zoom and one with 10x hybrid zoom. The P30 will maintain a triple rear camera setup (arranged vertically).
Huawei has not confirmed if the Huawei P30 Series smartphones will be equipped with 5G but the company is part of the select few which will announce a 5G device at the upcoming MWC 2019 in Barcelona.
