Huawei Unveil Matebook X Pro (2019), Matebook 13 and Matebook 14

The Mate X 5G foldable phone was the highlight of Huawei’s MWC 2019 press event, however, the company also unveiled the Huawei Matebook X Pro (2019), Matebook 13 and Matebook 14. The trio are powered by Intel’s 8th generation processors with NVIDIA GPU.

Huawei Matebook X Pro (2019)

The Huawei Matebook X Pro (2019) has the same 13.9-inch 3K LTPS display with 91% screen-to-body ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass protection, 178-degree wide viewing angle and 450 nits brightness as last year’s model. It is powered by 8th-Gen Intel Core processors with NVIDIA GeForce MX250 GPU.

Measuring 14.6mm thin and weighing in 1.33kg, the Matebook X Pro (2019) features 4x digital microphones and 4x speakers with Dolby Atmos, 1MP HD webcam, fingerprint sensor (embedded in the power button) and a 57.4Wh battery with up to 13 hours of video playback.

The laptop uses Huawei’s Share 3.0 OneHop feature to share files between PCs and smartphones via NFC. It is available in Mystic Sliver and Space Gray colors and will go on sale from April 2019 in China, and various countries in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, North America and more.

Huawei Matebook 13 and Matebook 14

The Matebook 13 and Matebook 14 respectively feature 13-inch and 14-inch 10-point multi-touch 3:2 FullView displays and 88% and 90% screen to body ratio. Both models are powered by up to Intel Core i7-8565U and offer features such as HUAWEI Share 3.0, HUAWEI Shark Fin Fan 2.0, Fingerprint Button 2.0, Fingerprint Gestures Screenshots and Dolby Atmos.

The Huawei Matebook 13 has an NVIDIA GeForce MX150 GPU while the Huawei Matebook 14 has the NVIDIA GeForce MX250 with 2 GB GDDR5 VRAM and pack a 57.4Wh large capacity battery with smart power saving solution.

The Matebook 13 will go on sale from February 2019 while the Matebook 14 will go on sale from April 2019. Both models will be available in China and various countries in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle Eastern, North America and more.
