Motorola Unveil Moto G Stylus and Moto G Power

Motorola celebrated the landmark sales of 100 million devices globally with the launch of two budget phones – Moto G Stylus and Moto G Power for the US and Canada markets. Both devices will go on sale in April 2020 for a price tag starting at US$ 249.99 and US$ 299.99 (respectively).

Housed in a water repellent body made from a combination of 6000-series aluminium body and 2.5D curved glass; both devices have a 6.4-inch FHD+ IPS (Max Vision) display, 16MP (f/2.0) selfie camera in the punch-hole notch, headphone jack and rear fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, they are powered by the Snapdragon 665 mobile platform and boots Android 10 as well as the new Moto Gametime feature to block interference during games.

The Moto G Stylus comes with a built-in Stylus pen just like the Samsung Galaxy Note 10, however it is priced almost three times lower. The pen also depends on capacitive touch for interactions rather than Bluetooth and can perform functions such as copying and pasting text, editing photos, jotting down notes and marking-up screenshots.

The G Stylus packs 4GB RAM + 128GB built-in storage, microSD card slot, 4,000mAh battery and photography is handled by a primary 48MP (f/1.7) main camera paired a 2MP macro snapper and 16MP Action CAM with 117o FOV. While the Moto G Power is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 10W fast charger. It packs 4GB of RAM + 64GB built-in storage, microSD card slot, and an AI triple camera system which combines a 16MP (f/1.7) primary camera with 2MP macro camera and 8MP ultra-wide angle with 118o FOV.
