Huawei Unveils Nova 7 SE 5G Lohas Edition

Huawei has announced the launch of a new member of the Nova 7 series smartphone family. The Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G Lohas Edition (a.k.a. Nova 7 SE 5G Live Edition), as it is known, is based on the new Kirin 820E 5G 7nm hexa-core chipset (3x Cortex-A76 cores @2.2GHz and 3x Cortex-A55 cores @1.84GHz) with Mali-G57 GPU. It is a variant of the existing HiSilicon Kirin 820 mobile processor.

The Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G Lohas Edition has a 6.5-inch IPS Full HD+ LCD display with 20:9 aspect ratio, 60Hz refresh rate, 16MP selfie camera in the punch-hole notch, side-mounted fingerprint sensor and depends on a 4,000mAh battery with 40W fast charging. It packs 8GB of RAM, 128GB built-in storage plus NM card slot for extra storage and comes pre-loaded with EMUI 10.1 (based Android 10 OS).

Photography is the same as the Nova 7 SE 5G Vitality Edition with Dimensity 800U, the rear camera setup includes 64MP (f/1.8) primary, 8MP (f/2.4, 120-degree FOV) ultra-wide, 2MP (f/2.4) depth and 2MP (f/2.4) macro sensors. The rest of the specs include 5G (SA/NSA) Wi-Fi 802.11ac, USB-C, 3.5mm audio jack, and Bluetooth 5.1. It comes in Magic Night Black, Midsummer Purple, Silver Moon Star and Wonderland Forest for a price tag of CNY 2,299.
