Towards the end of October, the Huawei Honor 4X phablet went official with the 64-bit Qualcomm snapdragon 410 Soc. The company has been confirmed to be working on another version of the device by replacing the chipset with Kirin 620 chipset made by the company itself.
A couple of leaked images has surfaced showing the Huawei Honor 4X with Kirin 620 SoC. The device uses the Kirin 620 which is a 64-bit CPU has a frequency of 1.2GHz coupled with Mali-450 MP4 GPU. It also supports GSM, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, FDD-LTE and TD-LTE.
The Huawei Honor 4X (Kirin 620) would sport the same specifications as the Snapdragon 410 version. It would sport the usual 5.5-inch OGS display, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, GPS, and a 3000mAh battery which is tipped to last several hours.
The Huawei Honor 4X (Kirin 620) would come in two variants – a high end version with 2GB of RAM and a low end version with 1GB of RAM. The low end version is expected to cost around 799 RMB ($130) while the high end version costs RMB 999 ($162).
