Huawei Honor 6 Plus Gets Listed on Retail Website ahead of Launch

The Huawei Honor 6 Plus (Glory 6 Plus) has been a subject in the news for the past few weeks. Huawei has made sure the device stayed relevant with series of teasers, leaks and rumors.

Today, the Huawei Honor 6 Plus has been spotted on retail outlet website, Oppomart with the $399 price tag which counter claims the earlier rumours of $533 price tag. Though the device is listed as “out of stock” as expected, the lower price would be one traction and selling point for the device.

By the specs details available courtesy of certification agency TENAA, the Honor 6 Plus (Glory 6 Plus) would sport a 5.5-inch 1080p display with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and would be powered by the Octa-core Kirin 925 processor. It is expected to weigh 165 grams, measure 150.46 x 75.68 x 7.5mm, pack a 3500mAh, two 8MP rear camera and run on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS with Huawei’s Emotion UI ontop.

Huawei’s intention with the Honor 6 Plus is looking seeming clear as the company is pitching its handset head to head with the iPhone 6 Plus. With 2014 nearly over, Huawei is among the Chinese OEM which would look back and smile as they have had a friutful year.

The Huawei Honor 6 Plus (Glory 6 Plus) is expected to be announced on December 16.
