Though nothing official has been announced but Apple has been long rumoured to announce the iPad Pro with a 12.9-inch display. Same can be said with this report from China as it states Sony is also working on a similar tablet with 12.9-inch display and would be known as the Xperia Z4 Tablet Ultra.
The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet Ultra would come with a 12.9-inch 3840 x 2400 pixels (4k or UHD) IPS Triluminous display with a pixel density of 351 ppi. The slate is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm snapdragon 810 Soc clocked at 2.86GHz along with 6GB of RAM (2 x 3GB), 64GB space of internal storage and booting Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out of the box.
Other specs details of the Xperia Z4 Tablet Ultra includes – 8 megapixels rear facing camera with CMOS sensor, HDMI port to display on TV, PS4 Remote Play and a sizeable 12,100mAh battery which should last several hours of usage. The tablet measures 8.6mm in thickness.
Most of the specs reported about the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet Ultra seem unbelievable but we will wait and see if any of it turns out true in the nearest future.
