Samsung SM-J100H with budget specs spotted through GFXBench

An old habit they say die hard… Even though Samsung has reportedly promised to decrease its portfolio of devices yet the company is always in the news with new products tipped at any stage in time.

A budget handset simply know with its codename – the Samsung SM-J100H has been spotted on GFXBench.
According to the listing would feature a 4.8-inch WVGA (800 x 480) display, powered by a quad-core Marvell PXA1908 processor clocked at 1.2GHz with Vivante GC7000UL with GPU and 1GB of RAM.

The device has only 2.2GB user-accessible storage which means it would only come with 4GB of in-built storage. According to the Listing the Samsung SM-J100H would pack a 5MP rear and front camera. It would also come with Barometer sensor and run on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat OS.

The Samsung SM-J100H is definitely a target at the emerging markets and would be made entirely of plastic. Samsung is expected to price this device very low (aggressively low) if it intends to keep pace with the likes of Xiaomi and other OEMS which have eaten deep into the company’s market share.
