Leaks Phablet Phones

HTC Hima Ace Plus Specs tipped: Fingerprint Scanner, Ultrapixel Front Camera and 20MP main camera

We suppose it is no longer news that HTC’s next flagship device has been named the HTC Hima and would not be named the HTC One M9 as some sources suppose. And so far we have seen some detailed specs and the device has even been spotted on AnTuTu Benchmark listing.

While the HTC Hima is the next flagship, a phablet version of the smartphone is rumored to be in the works and would be known as the HTC Hima Ace Plus.

The HTC Hima Ace Plus is reportedly going to feature a 5.5-inch display with a 1440 x 2560 pixels screen resolution. Under the hood would be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC which clocks at 2.3GHz with 3GB of RAM and 32GB space of internal storage. It is expected to come with a microSD card slot which would support up to 128GB.

The front camera is tipped to the 4MP Ultrapixel camera found on the HTC One M8 and it would rock a 20MP camera on the back. The Boomsound speakers is said to be located on the top and bottom of the device; and the panels on the side is expected to be without bezels.

The HTC Hima Ace Plus is expected to feature a fingerprint scanner; runs on Android Lollipop OS with Sense 7.0 UI ontop and is backed by a 3000mAh battery which would keep things ticking.

The device is expected to debut around August or September 2015 which means it is a long way away. Since there are no images to support these claims we might as well take the rumors lightly because a lot could still happen between today and the supposed device launch date.

Hopefully the HTC Hima Ace Plus (phablet version of the HTC Hima) would get to see the light of the day as most people know the fate that befell the HTC One (M8) Max (phablet version of the One (M8) Max) it never saw the light of the day.
