Sony’s upcoming mid-range smartphone has been spotted on benchmarking website with full details of its technical specifications of the device. The device with the code name Sony D2403 is expected to be a new entrant to the Xperia line of devices from Sony.
According to the listing, the Sony D2403 features a 4.4-inch qHD (540 x 960) resolution display, powered by a quad-core processor (qualcomm snapdragon 400) clocked at 1.2GHz with Adreno 305 GPU, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage. The device spots a 8-Megapixels rear facing camera with LED flash and a front facing 0.3MP VGA camera.
Connectivity options on the Sony D2403 includes – Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and NFC. The Sony D2403 is expected to run Android 4.4 Kitkat OS with sony’s skin on top but there is no word on pricing or the battery capacity.
