The event is scheduled for six different locations around the world on April 28th in London, Paris, New York and due to time differences it would be on April 29th in Seoul, Singapore and Istanbul.

LG is said to be considering relegating the G4 smartphone in favour of the the G4 Note; this means the latter would be the flagship device for the year. LG’s choice for the choosing the Snapdragon 808 processor over the Snapdragon 810 is a talking point but the latter’s over-heating issue with the HTC One M9 and the LG G Flex 2 seems to have been the turning point. The G4 is expected to maintain a plastic body and maybe a faux leather back while the G4 Note with stylus and premium metal body.

According to benchmark listing, the LG G4 is expected to sport a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, powered by a hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 (two Cortex-A57 + four Cortex-A53) processor with Adreno 418 GPU with 3GB of RAM, and 32GB space of internal storage (23GB space available to user). Other rumored specs details includes – 16MP main camera, 8MP front camera and Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with LG’s UX design.

There is no official word on most of these details, so they should be taken with a pinch of salt. In less than a month, we would have more details of the upcoming LG G4.
