Hisense has announced the availability of the Sero 8 Pro tablet into the Italian market. The device was announced at the IFA 2014; it combines business and entertainment usage, has aluminium body with a beautiful design. The Hisense Sero 8 Pro is now available in Italy for €199 in Red, Gold, Blue and Silver colour options.
The Hisense Sero 8 Pro features a 8-inch 2048 x 1536 pixels LCD display, powered by a quad-core Rockchip RK3288 processor clocked at 1.8GHz paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot onboard for storage expansion (up to 32GB).
The rear camera is a 5MP unit while the front camera is a 2MP unit. Connectivity options on the tablet includes – Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, micro USB 2.0 and obviously there is no cellular connectivity support. It weighs 335 grams, measures 6.35mm thin, runs on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat OS with a special Hisense UI and comes preloaded with apps et services like Google Maps, Gmail, Youtube, Photos Facebook, Spotify and Twitter.
The device is backed by a non-removable 4500mAh battery which is said to charge full in four hours, has a standby time of 300 hours and lasts upto 10 hours of straight HD video playing plus the Wi-Fi connection is active.
