A couple of images of an upcoming smartphone from Vivo was spotted earlier today on Weibo, which is the Chinese equivalent of Twitter. The device in question is the Vivo XShot 3S is and it is a camera-centric smartphone which is expected to go official alongside the Vivo XShot 5 Pro smartphone by next month.
The Vivo XShot 3S features a 16MP rear facing camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS), Laser Focus; a front facing 8MP camera for selfies and video chats. The camera protrudes at the back and comes with a dedicated shutter button towards the bottom right hand side of the device.
The device sports a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD and the front as well as the rear of the device is covered with rounded 2.5D glass. Under the hood, it is powered by the 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB space of internal storage.
That is all we have in terms of specifications and there is still no official confirmation on the above device as well as availability details or the official launch date. Over the coming weeks, we should see more of the device surface in various rumours and leaks if it will truly go official soon.
