The Swipe Konnect ME is the latest entrant to the company’s Konnect series of device which is associated with the budget range of devices. The Konnect ME would appeal to first time smartphone users and those who want an internet working smartphone on the cheap.
Moving to the specs, The Swipe Konnect ME is powered by a dual-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 1GB of RAM, 8GB space of internal storage, a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB and a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA display.
The Dual SIM enabled smartphone runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS, comes with FM Radio, 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a front facing 1.3MP camera for video calls and selfies. Connectivity options on the device includes – 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n.
It is said to have a feature which helps auto-manage the memory for better and longer usability, a dynamic locking which allows password changes every 60 seconds. A pre-insalled SuperSocial application let’s user send real time location to family members.
The Swipe Konnect ME measures 134.6 x 66.7 x 10.6 mm in dimensions, weighs 91.9 grams and is backed by a 2450mAh battery. The Konnect ME would be available exclusively via Snapdeal starting April 28th for Rs 3,999 ($63) in Navy Blue and Ivory White colour options.
