Midrange Asus Pegasus X003A Certified On TENAA

The Zenfone series of smartphones has been successful so far from ASUS and the latest ASUS Zenfone 2 (with up to 4GB of RAM) has also played it’s part in the success. The company has been long rumoured to release a lower variant of the device – Asus Zenfone 2 Mini and the Asus Pegasus X003A fits that profile perfectly.

The Asus Pegasus X003A has been certified on TENAA and we have managed to peek some of the specs of the upcoming device. It features a 5-inch LCD display with 1280 X 720 pixels (HD) resolution.

Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core processor clocked a 1.2GHz (probably the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410) paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage. For aditional storage, there is a microSD card slot onboard for storage expansion up to 128GB.

For photography, the main camera is a 8-megapixels snapper with LED flash and a front facing 5-megapixels camera is onboard for selfies and video chats.

The Asus Pegasus X003A measures 146 x 72 x 8.5 mm in dimensions, weighs 153 grams in size, supports 4G LTE connectivity and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS out-of-the-box with the company’s UI ontop. It is backed by a reasonable 2500mAh battery.
